Flamenco 4 Kids!
Age 4-7 – Tuesdays from 4 to 5 p.m.
Age 8-11 Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m.
At any age Flamenco is a lot more than just dance. But for young children it can be a unique outlet for self-expression. Classes carefully balance discipline with fun and independence. A parent peeking in on a class might see students learning to stand tall and proud or stomping in unison with the flamenco beat. Or perhaps they are practicing their new footwork, met with a final, triumphant shout,… “¡OLE!”
Dates: Tuesdays, September 13 to December 13
Price: $286
Location: The Dance Loft at 14th; 4618 14th Street NW, Loft Level
Registration: please contact [email protected]
