Snowshoeing sights in Soapstone Valley and Rock Creek Park

January 25, 2016

At 11:30 a.m. Sunday I headed out for a hike of Soapstone Valley and Rock Creek Park. It was breathtakingly beautiful. I made it back on some plowed but mostly snowed in streets in Forest Hills. There is still a lot of digging out to do.

With schools and the federal government closed, today is another snow day for many of us. Enjoy the photos – then get out there and enjoy for yourselves! – Marlene Berlin
