Avalon 2017 Benefit: High Noon and the Hollywood Blacklist

April 30, 2017 @ 5:00 pm

Forest Hills residents have reaped the benefits of having the Avalon, the only non-profit theater in DC with unique programming that was rescued from closure by a grassroots effort in 2001. The Avalon offers first-run studio films, independent and foreign films, film festivals , and a weekly Wednesday night series often featuring French, Czech and Israeli films just up the street in Chevy Chase, DC. And that is not all, it also has special programs for students, families and seniors. Now is our chance to show our support by attending their annual benefit on April 30.

Ticket Prices:
Reception, Screening & Discussion: $250 (5:00pm admission)
Screening & Discussion Only: $50 (6:45pm admission)
