Bamboo Removal – Melvin Hazen West

Join National Park Service and Rock Creek Conservancy to remove invasive bamboo at the Melvin Hazen West mini-oasis.

Bamboo is an aggressive invasive plant that can overtake wildlife habitats and out compete native plant species. This event will involve cutting, removing, and hauling bamboo out of the mini-oasis.
