Halloween party at Forest Hills Playground

Mayor Vincent Gray will be kicking off the annual Halloween Party at Forest Hills playground with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony!
Witchy the Witchy is performing her spooktacular magic act. There will be lots of arts and crafts and games for the little ones, and a bake sale and coffee.
