Learn origins of Pokemon Go @ Rock Creek

August 14, 2016

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 12:00 am on Sunday, repeating until August 28, 2016

In 1815, the first letterbox was hidden in Dartmoor, England. Thousands of letterboxes have been hidden all of the world since then. Technology has changed. Now, digital Pokemon are hidden all over the world. Visit Rock Creek Park Nature Center and learn trail etiquette, “hunting safety,” and the low tech origins of Pokemon Go!

Forest Hills Connection is produced by volunteers, and supported by you. We appreciate your support – financial and otherwise. Here’s how to donate.
