Covering Forest Hills, Van Ness, North Cleveland Park and Wakefield
A benefit for Friendship Place usually performed in the spring at the French Embassy is coming to you live in the comfort of your own home.
Listen to seven talented musicians from The National Symphony, the Eclipse Chamber Orchestra, and the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra play both live and pre-recorded music, including some jazz duos and trios. Plus, you’ll hear personal stories from Friendship Place’s front line, outreach workers and people in the community who have been empowered through the staff support and programs of Friendship Place.
While there is no charge for the concert, Friendship Place gratefully welcomes donations. This year’s concert is dedicated to our neighbors experiencing homelessness and to the people facing COVID-19. Register to receive a link to connect to the concert.
