Forest Hills Connection | News and Life in Our DC Neighborhood
Covering Forest Hills, Van Ness, North Cleveland Park and Wakefield
An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until April 18, 2021
Help Van Ness Main Street bring some color to the corridor and the small businesses along Connecticut.
The community is invited to help plant seeds that will become colorful wildflowers, perennials, annuals and milkweed to attract pollinating Monarchs, bees, and birds.
Dress in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Feel free to bring gloves and your favorite gardening tools.
This activity will be lead by local Master Gardener, Kathy Sykes. In the event of rain, please join us for the next scheduled day. This volunteer activity is perfect for all ages. Questions: [email protected]. Day of contact: 202-421-7825.
