Rock Creek-Friendly Gardening Talk @ Broad Branch

Join Rock Creek Conservancy, the National Park Service, and native plant gardening expert Kathy Sykes for an informational session at Broad Branch Road and Linnean Avenue. They will be discussing the role that your home garden plays in providing habitat for wildlife and supporting the Rock Creek ecosystem. Kathy and RCC staff will be present to answer questions about selecting pollinator friendly native plants for your home garden and controlling invasive plants on your property. You are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.
