The Parks and Trails Committee meets monthly at 7 p.m. at Forest Hills of DC (4901 Connecticut, between Ellicott and Fessenden Streets). These meetings are open to the public and welcome neighbor participation. Andrew Oetman of the Department of Energy and the Environment will be talking about RiverSmart's permeable surface rebates program.
