Many of us have been hearing the distinctive call of a barred owl around the 29th Street/Audobon Terrace area, but lucky neighbors Joel, Ashley and Oliver Frushone are some of the few who’ve laid eyes on the beautiful bird. And thanks to Joel, here is a photo to prove it!
