In September, Sidwell Friends announced it is buying the Washington Home assisted living and hospice care facility just north of its campus on 37th Street.
Sidwell plans to use the space to consolidate lower school students into a single campus in DC. Grades K through 4 currently attend school in Bethesda.
Representatives from Sidwell Friends will be at the October ANC 3F meeting to give a presentation on the plans. The commissioners will meet on Tuesday, October 20th at 7:30 p.m., at Forest Hills of DC (4901 Connecticut Avenue). The ANC expects to livestream the meeting and archive it playback at livestream.anc3f.us.
