Item 6 on the Agenda, the Hearst Park and Pool Project, does not include consideration of a resolution as the title of the article suggests. Nevertheless it should be a good discussion of various issues and opportunities associated with the Park including DCRA’s recent approval of Environmental Impact Screening Form.
