is there any plans for establishing a dog park in our vicinity ?
it would so improve the “happiness quotient” for our neighborhood and we have plenty of empty space for that facility?
Tracy J. says
We know there’s a huge amount of community interest and need since so many people use the baseball field as a dog park. Someone brought up the idea at the July 25th park improvements planning meeting with DPR and Rock Creek Conservancy. Another attendee mentioned that it has been explored in the past by an ANC committee. Their finding was that there’s not enough space at Forest Hills Park. What are some other nearby options?
