The annual Halloween party at the Forest Hills playground is a popular neighborhood event.
On Sunday, October 27th, from 10 a.m. to noon, we’re brewing-up some fun tricks and treats sure to please our neighborhood’s little ghosts and goblins, including a delicious bake sale, arts-and-crafts activities, and our traditional costume parade that will be led by several neighborhood dads.
This year, the little ones are in for an extra special treat. The magician Abracadabra Alex will be performing his many magical tricks!
Volunteers are still needed to help out with the event. Whether its bringing baked goods for sale (either homemade or store bought is fine), staffing the bake sale table, assisting with crafts, or helping with event set-up and clean-up, there are plenty of opportunities to help and the time commitment is minimal.
