A reminder and invitation from Hearst Elementary:
Come to Hearst’s Spring E-Cycle, Bicycle Swap and Used Book Sale!
Saturday, June 1, 2013
9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Are you wondering what to do with that old computer that is gathering dust in your basement? Do you have old, obsolete, or broken electronic equipment? Would you like to donate working electronics to a neighborhood free-cycle? The Hearst E-Cycle is an opportunity to recycle computer equipment, batteries, electronics, metal, etc.. There will also be a free bicycle swap (bring you old bikes and/or pick up a used bike). During the e-cycle families can purchase delicious baked goods, used books or pick up working electronics from our free-cycle.
This event is free, but we gladly accept all donations to help us pay for our costs and support our school. We are seeking a $10 donation for CRT TVs and computer monitors, as well for bicycle drop- off/pick up.
We will be collecting the following electronics for a new life in our free-cycle or for transport to Potomac eScrap for recycling:
