It’s Election Day! Need last-minute information about Ward 3 candidates?

We’ve been gratified by the reader response to the Ward 3 voter guide we put out last month. Voters here are engaged and they do their homework about the candidates and the issues.

If you waited until today to vote, we want to point you to a couple more resources: the DC voters guide from WAMU and the League of Women Voters’ Vote411.org.

WAMU looks at the “top” races in the District, including Council chair, at-large Council members, and of course, mayor.

And at Vote411.org, you can enter your street address and it will create a custom sample ballot listing every race, even down to the ANC level. Click on the race, and it lists each candidate, their qualifications and their answers to a questionnaire.
