Meet your neighbors: Margot Machol Bisnow’s “Raising an Entrepreneur” book launch

Margot Machol Bisnow, our neighbor in Forest Hills, is the featured author at Politics and Prose on Wednesday, August 31. At 7 p.m., she will talk about her new book, Raising an Entrepreneur: 10 Rules for Nurturing Risk Takers, Problem Solvers and Change Makers.

Machol Bisnow interviewed 60 entrepreneurs and their moms to find out how they were raised. She describes this group as “totally diverse, half men and half women and every kind of background and family situation.”

One of the moms she interviewed is Jayne Plank, mother of Under Armour founder Kevin Plank. Plank will be appearing with her.
