Bob Summersgill says
The resolution “to propose the installation of bike racks in locations in Forest Hills and Van Ness” has been withdrawn. We are considering creating art racks similar to those featured in DCist: http://dcist.com/2011/11/artistic_bike_racks.php#photo-6
Nothing has been decided or designed. The Van Ness Vision Committee will take the lead on the project. Any design will have to meet DDOT design guides and placement regulations.
