ANC 3F’s Mary Beth Ray asks: “The burglar alarm at the Senegal ambassador’s residence has been going off since yesterday afternoon. The Secret Service is aware of it, but the telephone numbers for the Senegal Embassy are not working. Anybody know why that country has essentially abandoned its residence (4500 Linnean)?
