The demolition phase of the BF Saul project to build Park Van Ness is soon to begin. Sally Gresham, ANC 3F04 commissioner, reports that the raze permit, and sheeting and shoring permit have been issued.
She invites the community to come to a Park Van Ness Pre-Construction meeting next week for a presentation by BF Saul and Clark Construction.
Sally tells us: ANC 3F invites all residents and interested parties to attend an upcoming Park Van Ness Pre-Construction Community Meeting. BF Saul and Clark Construction holding the meeting on Wednesday, November 13th at 7:00 pm in the Assembly Room at the Methodist Home located at 4901 Connecticut Ave, NW.
At this meeting, Saul’s construction management team and Clark Construction will discuss, among other things, the project, its schedule and their site management and access plans.
