Support Van Ness Main Street’s vibrant streetscape and retail work at its June 23 fundraiser

June 13, 2018 by FHC

Last October, Van Ness Main Street’s Van Ness Social Club event enlivened the large concrete space at 4250 Connecticut.

Van Ness Main Street has literally “jazzed up” the neighborhood with monthly jazz performances at local businesses. It is working to attract new, local businesses to the area and promoting and supporting the work of existing ones. It has plans for developing inviting outdoor spaces.

And there’s more in store. You can learn about Van Ness Main Street’s plans for the future – and help make them happen – by attending its fundraiser on Saturday, June 23rd, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Park Van Ness (4455 Connecticut Avenue NW).

Although a significant amount of funding comes from the District, Van Ness Main Street cannot exist without financial support from the community.

Buy tickets here – $75 individual or $130 for two – and enjoy wine and cheese, live jazz, and the company of your neighbors and fellow Van Ness Main Street supporters. If you can’t make it, please donate.
