Forest Hills Connection invites you to join us for a tour of UDC’s rooftop garden on Friday, December 9th at 4 p.m.

This tour of the rooftop vegetable, herb and pollinator garden tour will be led by Sandy Farber Bandier, UDC’s Master Gardener coordinator and extension agent, and the garden’s architect, David Bell. Bell designed the outdoor garden and the indoor greenhouse.

Sandy reports that there is still a lot growing inside and out, and if the weather allows, we will be treated to a beautiful sunset.

Space on the tour is limited because the roof can accommodate only so many people, so we ask that you sign up below. Then, we’ll send you information on where to meet for the tour.

Bessie Hill is a 1997 University of the District of Columbia Graduate in Horticulture. I would enjoy going on the tour.
