Murch trailers at UDC

Van Ness Main Street shared with us photos of the trailers arriving Tuesday on one of the UDC soccer fields off Van Ness Street. The trailer complex going in here is where Murch Elementary students will attend classes while their 80-year-old school is renovated over the next two years.

If you’ve been to Lafayette Elementary during its renovation you’ll have a pretty good idea of what the trailer complex will look like when its complete: An orderly layout of 40 trailers with covered walkways in between.

The Murch students at UDC will even have something they do not have now: a lunchroom!
