
Politics and Prose opened in 1984 at 5010 Connecticut Avenue and moved across the street to larger digs at 5015 Connecticut in 1989.
Independent booksellers are thriving. And one of the best examples of this trend is our own Politics and Prose. The store announced in May that it would open a second location this fall at Union Market. And now, it says, a third location will open this fall at The Wharf, a waterfront development in Southwest DC.
Politics and Prose is aiming for an October 12th opening. The opening date for the Union Market location has not been announced.
