Did you know having the ability to form close connections to your family, friends and community keeps you happier and healthier than any other element of your life? An 80-year Harvard study has discovered this feeling of love and connection is a more powerful influence on your health and success in life than what class you were born into, or the health of your parents.

Our mission since we started Forest Hills Connection in 2012 has been to connect you to your community – its interesting people, what’s going on, and how you can participate. We knew it felt good. We didn’t know that it could help us and others feel well!
