You’re invited: April 23rd kickoff party for a Forest Hills serialized mystery novel

March 16, 2015

When we last heard from author Anthony Dobranski last November, he was diving into the outlining stage of the serialized mystery novel he’s been writing for Forest Hills Connection.

The novel, set in 1940s Forest Hills, DC, will debut in April and a new chapter will appear each week for 30 weeks. And Anthony and Forest Hills Connection invite you to celebrate this achievement with a kickoff event at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 23rd, at Forest Hills of DC (4901 Connecticut Avenue at Ellicott Street).

At the kickoff, Anthony will introduce you to two local history buffs, Ann Kessler and Anne Rollins, who have instrumental in inspiring and guiding his research. He will do a reading and answer questions from the audience. There will be refreshments and wine.

Please register by emailing [email protected] with your names and the number of people you will be bringing. Please include the words “Mystery RSVP” in the subject line (clicking the email link here will do it for you!). And invite your friends and neighbors!
