Northwest Neighbors Village members and friends are traveling on a leisurely Spring trip to Brandywine Valley, Pennsylvania and nearby Delaware, March 28-30, 2014 – you are invited.
Two museum visits are included each day. All museums have elevator facilities. Guided tours at each location. The departure is from Chevy Chase.
Special highlight: Winterthur will host Costumes of Downton Abbey® – an original exhibition of exquisite designs from the award-winning television series beginning in March. The timing is perfect for our tour. Visit www.winterthur.org/Downtonabbey for more details.
You will be visiting Longwood Gardens, Brandywine River Ruseum, Hagley Museum, Auburn Heights Mansion and Marshall Steam Museum, Winterthur and Brandywine Arts Museum. Stay two nights at the historic Hotel DuPont. Theater performance and High Tea. See delightful gardens. Tram garden tours.
