Northwest Neighbors Village (NNV) invites the community to their Sounds of Summer jazz piano concert fundraiser, featuring local musical treasure and humorist, John Eaton, at American University’s Katzen Arts Center, Saturday, June 2, 2012, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
John’s work interprets the American musical composers such as Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Fats Waller and Hoagy Carmichael. Don’t miss out on this spectacular evening of jazz piano at its finest, accompanied by a smorgasbord of savory and sweet hors d’oeuvres from community restaurants in upper northwest.
