OpenANC.org <\/a>map of ANC 3F and its six single member districts as of January, 2023. On November 8th, 2022, we’ll be electing commissioners in each of those SMDs. You can use the interactive map at OpenANC.org<\/a> to confirm your location in the redrawn ANC, and see who is running in your SMD.<\/p><\/div>\n

Forest Hills Connecticut has asked the candidates running for the new ANC 3F for statements, which we will be publishing this week and the next. We say “new,” because new boundaries and single member districts<\/a> will take effect on January 1st, 2023. So this will be a chance to get to know the new SMDs as well as the candidates. <\/p>\n

The nine candidates running to represent the six ANC 3F SMDs are: <\/p>\n

ANC 3F01: Ryan Cudemus-Brunoli<\/a>
\nANC 3F02: Teri Huet<\/a>
\nANC 3F03: Mitch Baer<\/a>
\nANC 3F04: Claudette David<\/a> (incumbent)
\nANC 3F05: Andrew Koval<\/a> and James Tandaric<\/a> (incumbent)
\nANC 3F06: Courtney Carlson<\/a>, Bridget Schwartz<\/a> and Rona Walters<\/a> <\/p>\n

Depending on where you live, you will see one of these candidates, or two, or three, on your ballot. But we believe it is important to learn about them all. This nonpartisan body will be weighing in on issues that affect the entire ANC, and its resolutions will be granted “great weight” by DC government agencies. <\/p>\n
