A sign of change: Viet Chopsticks

November 27, 2019

Van Ness Main Street sent us these photos of the Viet Chopsticks sign going up at 4304 Connecticut Avenue. The restaurant’s owners had initially planned an early fall opening date, then a November opening. But especially where restaurants are concerned, these things can be a moving target.

In the meantime, you can study the menu for its Leesburg location.

I had no idea – and this is great! So glad to have them in the neighborhood

Something is better than empty storefronts, however what is really needed here is for this block to be redeveloped into a mixed-use mid-density development. 4-6 levels of housing seems feasible for this location.
