Community Tree Planting at Broad Branch Stream

Sign up with your friends and neighbors to help plant over 100 trees and 40 shrubs around Broad Branch Stream on Saturday, November 5! Volunteers will receive breakfast and lunch, learn about tree planting, and have the satisfaction of watching trees they helped plant grow to maturity in this neighborhood park.

Location: Volunteers will meet in the park near the corner of Linnean Ave NW and Linnean Terrace NW

Event: Volunteers will help plant over 100 native trees and shrubs to support the restoration of the area. Breakfast and a celebratory lunch after the planting will be served.
