Come and hear the people sing in the Levine Music Theatre’s production of Les Misérables. Students ranging in ages 9 to 80 years old, came together to tell this beautiful story based off of Victor Hugo’s novel. Les Misérables follows the story of Jean Valjean’s life after his 19 years of unjust imprisonment.
After months of online rehearsals and masterclasses, the actors and orchestra recorded the memorable score similar to a movie-musical. The production was recorded outdoors at the Root Stage at Olney Theatre Center, where the actors put all of the direction and choreography together as they lip synced to their own voices.
This is a virtual event; the link to view the production will be sent by email prior to the performance. Levine Music Theatre’s Les Misérables will be available to stream until July 25, 2021.
