Open Studio – Artist Dorothy Fall

Forest Hills resident and artist Dorothy Fall opens her studio to the public and showcases her latest works. Her studio is located at 3706 Wells Avenue, Mt. Rainier, MD 20712. (See directions below)

Directions to the studio:

From Downtown DC: From Rhode Island Avenue, NW, continue into Northeast Washington. Turn right on Eastern Avenue (a few blocks after 24th Street, NE). Take the first left on 34th Street (sign also says Monroe). Take the second right on Otis Street. Go to the end of the red brick town houses on the right and past a small grassy triangle, bearing left to stop sign. You will see a large white brick building on the right with a neon sign “Glass Studio” (placed on the side of the building and high up). Turn into the driveway to the right of this building and go up a very short hill. Turn left into parking area which is between 2 rows of warehouses. My studio is at the far end on the right, with Orange door, close to railway tracks.

From Upper NW Washington and Maryland: Take Military Road to Missouri Avenue. Bear right on South Dakota Avenue. Follow South Dakota for about 2 miles. Turn left on Monroe Street, NE (after 22nd and Newton). Take a left on Rhode Island and a right onto Eastern. From here, follow directions above.
