Vertical Farming in Urban Cities

As part of its Brown Bag Lecture Series, UDC’s College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences (CAUSES) will host a discussion with one of the nation’s earliest proponents of vertical farming, Dr. Dickson Despommier, Professor Emeritus, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. This casual lunch discussion will highlight the benefits of growing food in urban cities.
