ANC 3F committee meetings tonight and Wednesday: Stormwater management rebates for homeowners; DDOT’s Connecticut Ave. study

March 11, 2019 by FHC Leave a Comment

Our advisory neighborhood commission meets once each month. Two ANC 3F committees meet monthly as well, to dive in more detail into issues of interest to Van Ness, Forest Hills and North Cleveland Park. The next committee meetings are this week:

The Parks and Trails Committee is meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at Forest Hills of DC (4901 Connecticut, between Ellicott and Fessenden Streets). Andrew Oetman of the Department of Energy and the Environment will be talking about RiverSmart’s permeable surface rebates program.

The Streets and Sidewalks Committee is meeting 7 p.m. this Wednesday, March 13th at UDC Building 38, Room 201 (see the campus map). They will be discussing the DDOT Connecticut Avenue study, their meeting with the DC police on March 6th about traffic enforcement, and 311 infrastructure requests.

These meetings are open to the public and welcome neighbor participation.
