Help identify Forest Hills Park cleanup needs at July 25 community meeting

From Friends of Forest Hills Playground:

The April cleanup at Forest Hills Park drew more than 50 amazing volunteers. Planning is now under way for another volunteer event in the fall.

You’re invited to join park stewards for an hour-long walkthrough to identify potential projects. In April, those included rain garden cleanup, removing invasive plants, and trash removal.

When: Wednesday, July 25, 6:30 to 7:30pm
Where: Forest Hills Park amphitheater (32nd and Brandywine Streets NW, by the tennis courts)
Who: Rock Creek Conservancy, Department of Parks and Recreation and Friends of Forest Hills Playground
