We’ve told you now about about two different “last chances” to comment on the zoning rewrite (last chance #1 and last chance #2). Here’s the third – and perhaps final – round.
The DC Office of Planning is hosting open houses today and the following two Fridays (the schedule is below), where residents to get their questions answered and provide comments which will be compiled and provided to the Zoning Commission.
Plus, Zoning Commission has scheduled two more public hearings, on April 21st for residents of Wards 7 and 8, and April 24th, 6 p.m., 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 220. The April 24th hearing is for anyone who has not yet testified. The public can submit comments until 3 p.m. on Friday, April 25th. The Commission will then discuss next steps at its April 28th public meeting.
Below is a list of the next Open Houses. The DC Office of Planning is adjacent to the Waterfront Metro station.
