The Forest Hills/North Cleveland Park/Tenleytown ANC has a lot to discuss a week from today. ANC 3F’s November 19th agenda includes proposed changes to voting precincts, the Van Ness escalators project, Broad Branch Road and the new Forest Hills Playground.
